We store your name, email address and addresses so you don’t have to type them again, and so you can see your order history.
When you contact us
If you email us or use a form on the site, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and follow up.
When you browse
Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to remember you if you log in. We also collect basic technical information — pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from your IP address — to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services we need to run the store:
- Payment providers — to process your payment and handle disputes and refunds.
- Delivery services — your name, address and phone number, so your parcel can be delivered.
- Our website host and email provider — who store this data on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Marketing
We will only email you marketing if you have asked us to. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect the emails we send about an order you have placed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete your account and associated data. Email us and we’ll action it within 30 days. Note that we may need to keep order records even after deleting an account, for the tax reasons above.

Our site is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders.
